Return policy:
Once order is placed online successfully. We do consider any cancel, change or mind or refund without pickup as returning order (return fee will apply right away). You may return product at your expense within 30 days. You must call or e-mail for a return merchandise authorization number. All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. Unless P&Y Trading has made an error in order processing or shipping, shipping charges will never be refunded. You will be notified of your refund by e-mail. All products must be returned in the original purchase condition and complete. Restocking fees of 25% will be applied on returned merchandise. Important: returned orders with missing items, used or broken merchandise will not be accepted.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
Very important, all claims of any nature must be done within 30 days of the date of reception of merchandise. After the 30 days of the date of reception of merchandise there is no claim possible of any nature.
